  10. You need of Lemon Juice.
  11. You need of Butter Ghee Or My Choice Butter.

Butter Chicken instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric and yogurt. Leave to settle for 30 minutes..
  2. Fry the marinated chicken in butter on low heat till the chicken is cooked. (Use own discretion).
  3. Once the chicken is cooked leave aside. Fry the chopped onion in butter. Add tomatoes and the fresh cream. You should find a sauce like mixture. Maintain the low heat. Add the fried chicken and let it simmer for about 10 minutes..
