Easy no yeast naan. Naan is such a comforting bread. It would be perfect with some chicken korma or veggie tikka masala or just as a snack on its own. Naan traditionally calls for yeast but today I'm going to show you how to make naan without yeast.

- In a bowl place the flour and create a well in the middle. Pour the yogurt there and a little oil and start kneading. Add the warm water as you need to get a chapati like dough consistency.
- Heat your pan and divide the dough into 8 smaller balls. Flour the surface and roll out the first dough. Place it in a hot pan..
- When it starts to bubble turn it on the other side. You can apply the melted butter or skip this. Turn the other side. It will have brown spots on both side meaning its cooked. Place it in a warm container and cover them.
- Repeat the above step with the rest you should be done in 15 mins. Serve with your favourite accompaniment 😋.
