- Prepare of Onion chopped one small.

Healthy Omlette Platter instructions
- Grate potato finely. Add maida to it. Mix well set aside..
- In a bowl whisk eggs and onion and all the mentioned spices toether. Set aside..
- Put oil in a pan. Add potato mixture. Spread evenly on the pan. Let it cook from each side for 3 minutes..
- Pour egg mixture over the potatoes and cover with a lid and let it cook.
- Flip the egg and cook from other side..
- Dish out when done..
- Serve with bran bread and freshly squeezed orange juice..
