  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Maida.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of Oil.
  10. You need of Bran bread slices 4.
  11. You need of Freshly squeezed orange juice 2 small cups.
  12. You need of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Healthy Omlette Platter instructions

  1. Grate potato finely. Add maida to it. Mix well set aside..
  2. In a bowl whisk eggs and onion and all the mentioned spices toether. Set aside..
  3. Put oil in a pan. Add potato mixture. Spread evenly on the pan. Let it cook from each side for 3 minutes..
  4. Pour egg mixture over the potatoes and cover with a lid and let it cook.
  5. Flip the egg and cook from other side..
  6. Dish out when done..
  7. Serve with bran bread and freshly squeezed orange juice..
