- Prepare 200 gm of Jaggery roughly chopped.
- It's 1/2 cup of Pistachios roasted.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of almonds roasted.
- It's 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi (cardamom)powder.
- It's 1 tsp of saunf (fennel seeds)finely crushed.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of white sesame seeds.
- You need as needed of ghee for greasing.

- Put a pan on Gas over the medium flame, add jaggery and let it melt. Make sure there are no lumps. Once the jaggery starts changing the colour, add pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds, elachi powder, saunf and mix well..
- After 2 minutes turn of the flame and immediately pour the mixture to the stainless-steel thali greased with ghee..
- Once set, cut into small pieces.... now your Protein Chikki is ready. Enjoy !.
